WHAT IS THE PACT ACT??
The PACT Act was initially created to make shipping cigarettes illegal. The United States Congress amended the act at the end of 2020 to include all vaporizers, even those that are not designed for nicotine!
CAN YOU STILL SHIP ME A VAPORIZER?
Unfortunately no. All delivery services, including USPS, UPS, Fedex & DHL will no longer ship vaporizers. As of now, we are only able to offer In-Store Pick-Up of Vaporizers until we find a delivery solution.
WHAT CAN I DO?
Reach out to your congress representative on social media or thru the US Congress website. Demand they understand how this negatively affects you.
